What is the Chamber Young Entrepreneur Scholarship?
The Oak Park - River Forest Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with North Avenue Business District, awards a $1,500 scholarship towards post-secondary education to one or more high school seniors residing in Oak Park or River Forest.
Applicants must be residents of Oak Park or River Forest who will graduate high school this year and pursue post-secondary education in the fall. The application includes an essay and a letter of recommendation.
Applications will be accepted between February 24 and April 7.
Applicants must use the form below to apply and submit the essay portion of the application by midnight, central time April 7. Applicants must also submit a letter or recommendation from an adult who can speak to the applicant's qualifications. Letters of recommendation must be emailed scholarship@oprfchamber.org by midnight, central time on April 7.
Applicants will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm that we received your application and letter of recommendation. The Chamber Scholarship Committee will review all applications and make decisions by April 30.
