What You Need to Know About Township Services

As one AWN member recently said, “You may not need something now, but things can change in the blink of an eye.”
The township provides many services for older adults in our community that are independent of financial need.  Come hear Township Senior Services staff present details about programs that provide transportation, loans of medical equipment, nutrition, and handyman services.  Some AWN members will share their own experiences with such services and volunteer projects. Someone from the township staff will speak on the impact of Federal cuts to services. After the presentations, there will be opportunities to talk with staff about specific concerns and opportunities.
