Bio:

Jeffrey Hines is the Managing Partner and Principal Agent of Jeffrey Hines State Farm. This full-service insurance and personal risk management company uses a consultative approach to helping customers solve their biggest insurance challenges.

Jeffrey earned a dual-degree in Applied Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from LeMoyne-Owen College and Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. He also holds certificates from the University of Tennessee and General Electric Company (GE) for Business Transformation. He also holds an MBA from Temple’s Fox School of Business.

Jeffrey has been in Oak Park since 2018 and has a child in Holmes Elementary, where he is active in the PTO. He is active in the Oak Park and Austin chambers and is also a Board Member for Family Focus, which focuses on childhood development, youth, and family support services. Family Focus serves customers in the State of Illinois. He serves as the National Strategic Planning Chair for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the oldest intercollegiate historically African American fraternity. It was initially a literary and social studies club organized in the 1905–1906 school year at Cornell University but later evolved into a fraternity with a founding date of December 4, 1906. He is also member of the Oak Park Community Foundations Leadership Lab, class of 2023.He is proud to serve in our community and get to know his neighbors.
