Multi-Chamber Takeout Stakeout at Fiore - March 2023

Come join your fellow Chamber members for our next Takeout Stakeout, this time at Fiore!  For this event, we convene at a designated restaurant to pick up our takeout lunch choices, and get to meet new folks and see our peers from other businesses and organizations.  This one is co-sponsored with our friends at the Forest Park Chamber!  Lunch is a flat $16 including tax and tip. 



Email us with your menu choice, or include it in your registration form.

You may choose a large sandwich or a hearty salad.  Choices are:

Sandwiches:
Milanese - crispy chicken breast, truffle, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion
Marinated Eggplant - woodfire bread, whipped goat cheese, arugula
Caprese - beefsteak tomato, burrata, olive oil
Tuna - whipped garlic, arugula, woodfire bread
Italian - mortadella, capicola, genova salami, honey giardiniera, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo
Mortadella - lemon caper aioli, arugula, house made focaccia

Salads:
Beet salad - whipped goat cheese, pistachios, citrus, arugula, radicchio, lemon vinaigrette
Kale Caesar salad - romaine, herb croutons, white anchovy, pecorino, vinaigrette
Chopped salad - romaine + radicchio, blue cheese, olives, pepperoncini, tomato, crispy prosciutto, red 
     wine vinaigrette
