Monday, March 3, 2025 (12-1pm CT):
In the first week, we'll start with nutrition TRUTHS - the foundations of nutrition that are not up for debate and are agreed upon by most everyone in the nutrition field. These will help set you up for success in navigating new nutrition information when you find it.
Monday, March 10, 2025 (12-1pm CT):
In week 2, we'll discuss common 'diets' that are a bit more nuanced such as the ketogenic diet, Paleo, intermittent fasting, and more. We'll dive into the research behind them, who these might be good for, and who should avoid them.
Monday, March 17, 2025 (12-1pm CT):
In week 3, we'll discuss specific questions registered dietitian nutritionists get all the time such as "should I avoid seed oils?" and "should I use collagen?". Again, we'll dive into the research and give specifics based on person to person.
Monday, March 24, 2025 (12-1pm CT):
In our final week, we'll wrap things up with a few reminders on what to pay attention to when coming across nutrition recommendations. We'll also answer any of your questions that weren't answered in the first 3 weeks and raise your confidence in navigating nutrition information in the future.
