MOMENTUM OP has arrived as a premiere local fitness studio after 3 years of hard work and dedication from owner (and Oak Parker) Michael Schiff, and his expert sales and coaching staff. The team grew the studio into a very successful branch of a national fitness brand, which helped lay the groundwork for a group fitness concept that serves the needs of our community and region, focusing on strength training and treadmill-based cardio training.
