Gear Up Consulting helps businesses manage their donations and employee volunteering. Rachel has more than 20 years' experience as a nonprofit development director and business administrator, and has channeled her expertise into social entrepreneurship to make it easier for businesses to connect with the nonprofit sector of their communities.
