Meet our Panelists:
Lily Wawrzon MS, RD, LDN
I am a Registered Dietitian for Nutriquity, PLLC. I work with my brother, Michael, who is also a RD and the owner of Nutriquity. In 2023, I graduated from Illinois State University (ISU) with a bachelors of science in nutrition. I continued my education by completing my masters of science in nutrition and my dietetic internship with ISU in 2024. I work with anyone who is looking to learn how to eat healthier and work on building a healthier lifestyle. My specialities include women’s nutrition, sports nutrition, heart health, and weight loss nutrition.
Dove Wilson, LCPC | BCN
I am a coach, psychotherapist, and award-winning author specializing in stress, sleep, and peak performance. As an applied neuroscientist, I help high-performers overcome burnout and other barriers to build resilience. I've been known for my popular Sleep Like a Baby talk, helping professionals reduce anxiety, and increase high-quality sleep!
Kyla Gilmore, LCPC | BC-DMT
I am both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist. Since graduating from Columbia College Chicago in 2005, I have been in a range of clinical settings spanning from outpatient to schools. In my practice in Mosaic Counseling & Wellness, I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy who have a range of clinical needs from mood disorders to behavioral and relational concerns.

Please come as you are. Skirt and office blazer or WFH hoodie and leggings, we are thrilled you are joining us. Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served.
9-9:15 am - network, socialize, gather refreshments, and find your seat.
9:15-10:30 - program
