About Us
Lisa Kinolau Alamar is a certified structural therapist, licensed massage therapist and master practitioner in Hawaiian energy healing. With over 30 years experience, Lisa relies on her background to assist her clients with injury rehabilitation/prevention and sports performance enhancement. Her bodywork background also includes: Aston massage, Swedish massage, cranio-sacral therapy, sports massage, and reflexology. Highly intuitive and creative, she draws on her experience as a dancer to teach posture, stretching and strengthening exercises, deepening the gains achieved in bodywork.
She utilizes her knowledge of anatomy to strengthen her clients' resources prior to surgery with Hawaiian energy healing. She applies Hawaiian energy healing to boost immune systems, strengthen digestive and urinary systems, balance auto-immune disorders, head injuries, musculoskeletal issues, long distance healing, and working with animals.

View Personal BioLisa Kinolau AlamarLisa Kinolau Alamar is a Bodywork Therapist & Integrative Energy Healer. She studied Structural Therapy at the Chicago Center for Advanced Bodywork, dance at the Academy of Movement & Music, and Hawaiian energy healing with Kahu Ed Kaleolani Spencer. Her unique background led her to develop a specialty working with amateur and professional endurance athletes. Alamar teaches posture, and exercises for injury rehabilitation, prevention and performance enhancement. She was endorsed by former professional triathletes, Mike Pigg and Nate Llerandi. Alamar has been featured in several publications including The Chicago Sun-Times, The Chicago Tribune, and The Wednesday Journal.
