About Us

In February 2017, Edward-Elmhurst opened a new Health Center & Immediate Care in Oak Park at 932 Lake St., Suite 300.

Edward Hospital and Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare merged in 2013 to become one of the larger integrated health systems in Illinois. Comprised of three hospitals – Edward Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital and Linden Oaks Behavioral Health – the system has annual revenues of more than $1 billion, more than 60 outpatient locations across a service area of 1.7 million residents in the west and southwest suburbs of Chicago, nearly 8,400 employees, including 1,900 nurses with 2,000 physicians on staff, plus 1,300 volunteers.

Edward-Elmhurst Health Centers (including immediate care) are located in Addison, Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, Lombard, Naperville, Oak Park and Oswego.

Edward-Elmhurst operates Walk-In Clinics in Aurora, Plainfield and Yorkville, and at Jewel-Osco stores in Bensenville, Franklin Park, Naperville, River Forest, Romeoville, Westmont and Woodridge.

Edward-Elmhurst serves the following communities: Arlington Heights (Linden Oaks), Aurora, Bolingbrook, Crest Hill, DeKalb, Naperville, Oswego, Plainfield, Romeoville, St. Charles (Linden Oaks), Sandwich, Sycamore, Warrenville, Woodridge and Yorkville; and Addison, Bensenville, Bloomingdale, Clarendon Hills, Elmhurst, Franklin Park, Hinsdale, LaGrange, Lombard, Melrose Park, Oak Brook, Oak Park, River Forest, Westchester and Westmont.
