About Us
First United Methodist Church of Oak Park is a prayerful, Jesus-centered church in Oak Park, IL where we help people move closer to God through our dynamic worship experiences and small group ministry opportunities that focus on Christian education, service and justice.
We are a church that is open to all generations, where people appreciate the arts in all their diverse styles and genres. We are an inclusive community that welcomes everyone in our historic, beautifully stained glass adorned sanctuary and online.
Whether you have been in church all your life or if you have no experience with church at all, you are welcome here. If you have questions and just want to explore faith in a safe, non-judgmental environment, you are welcome here.Images
