About Us
Local BBQ spot specializing in slow-smoked dry-rubbed BBQ. We smoke daily and nightly. We use kiln-dried Hiickory wood in our smoker from Holy Smoke firewood in Manhattan, IL. Our inspiration is drawn from the various regional barbecue styles of America- Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs, Carolina Pulled Pork and Chicken, Kansas City Brisket Burnt Ends, Texas Spicy Sausage and Brisket- Sliced or Chopped. We do not sauce automatically, but have three styles of sauce available by request. You can also purchase our sauces by the bottle- Memphis Sweet, Texas Spicy, or Carolina Vinegar. We offer fresh made sides. We cut our fries in house from Kennebec potatoes. Our Brisket baked beans, which also contain pulled pork are smoked in our smoker. We make cornbread, creamy cole slaw, mashed potatoes with brisket gravy, brussels sprouts, and Southern fried redskinned potatoes.
All of our meats and sides can be ordered in catering sizes. Depending upon the size of your order and distance from the restaurant, we can also offer delivery on catering orders for a fee.
